Principal Consultant – Francis Ebuehi
Francis is an accomplished innovation professional who has traversed the worlds of Consulting, Financial Services, eBusiness, Technology and Telecoms in the last 29 years.
He was until recently, the Group Executive, Sales/Marketing and in charge of Digital Financial Services at Investment One Financial Services.
Prior to joining Investment One, Francis was the Director of Sales and Marketing at SecureID Limited. Before SecureID, he headed the Classifieds and Franchise Business for the e-commerce division of Econet Wireless International for Southern Africa.
Before working with Econet Wireless, Francis was Vice President in charge of Value Added Services at Airtel Nigeria, COO of Spinlet, and CEO of ChamsSwitch Limited. He also worked as the pioneer Regional Manager, West Africa for Naspers, where he was responsible for setting up OLX (formerly known as Dealfish) in Nigeria and Ghana. Francis has also worked with Accenture and Oceanic Bank (now Ecobank).
Francis has worked as a Short-term Consultant / Advisor to The World Bank and IFC on E-commerce, Fintech and Marketplaces. He has worked as a Mentor at 440NG, an accelerator program, HYBR Young Enterprise Scale-Up (YES) Programme.
He holds a first degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin and two Masters’ degrees in Construction Management and Business Administration from the University of Lagos and Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University respectively. Francis is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) of Project Management Institute, USA and a member of the Product Development and Management Association (USA).
