New Product Development and Management Fundamentals

The training essentially looks at the lifecycle of any product or service and this includes:

  • New Product Development: The overall process of strategy, organization, concept generation, product and marketing plan creation and evaluation, and commercialization of a new product.

What is the training format?
  • Physical (In-person) training – The training will be delivered at a physical location over two days (7 hours per day) using presentations and case studies
  • Online training – The training will be delivered online via Zoom over 2 Saturday – weekends (11.00am – 6.00p.m (WAT)) using presentations and case studies
