Who should attend?

No Agile experience is necessary. From project managers to business leaders to team members, this class is designed to educate students on the core fundamentals of Agile and Lean. Students will learn about PMI’s Disciplined Agile Toolkit and leave this training with agile skills they can apply to their business and project immediately.

What is the training format?

• Online Instructor-led training – The training will be delivered online via Zoom over two days

Who will deliver the training?

The training will be delivered by a PMI DASM instructor with over two decades of experience working with both private and public sector organizations.

What is the cost?

• For Online, Instructor-led training – $600 exclusive of VAT

The fee includes the following:

• 2-days course with a certified DASM instructor
• licensed course materials
• One attempt for Disciplined Agile^® Scrum Master (DASM) exam
• certificate of course completion
• earn 14 PMI PDUs

Once you complete the course you will receive your DASM exam invitation. You will have 60 days to take the exam.

Are there any pre-requisities for the DASM course?

While there is no prerequisite for the DASM course, we do recommend optional pre-work to get the most value out of the training, testing, and overall experience, including:

•  Familiarity with common agile concepts and terminology
•  Review Choose Your WoW’s key areas that address learning objectives
•  Take notes during the training workshop and review the workbook
